CCA Convention, Edinburgh, 4 – 5 November 2009
The CCA Convention timetable has been released, this year Natalie Calvert will chair the ‘People Innovations’ theatre. The session will outline some of the latest thinking on HR and People Management, to help you get maximum commitment from staff. Speakers will discuss the different approaches you need to manage Generation Y, and will consider some of the key motivators that can help you and your team to deliver for customers time and time again.
