Metropolitan Police pick up the Calcom Customer Service BTEC Certificate™
Congratulations to the team at Metropolitan Police who have completed the Calcom Customer Service BTEC Certificate™. Calcom were commissioned by the Directorate of Professional Standards to design a bespoke development qualification to meet the specific demands of the Metropolitan Police service and enhance the quality of service they provide. Calcom managing director said, "The Calcom qualification provides a practical, real-world approach to learning and skill development, alongside a theoretical background".

Devon and Cornwall Police
Devon and Cornwall's Exeter based strong team have now completed their development. Special congratulatulations to Jasmine who acchieved a distinction in The Calcom Advanced certificate in Contact Centre Leadership - for supervisors and team leaders, and she is now doing The Professional certificate in Contact Centre Strategy and Management for senior managers. Calcom managing director Natalie Calvert said, "It was great to see a team that has worked so well over the past 18 months across the whole of the Devon and Cornwall police. This programme will make a real difference to them being a more effective and efficient command and control emergency centre across the county."

Allianz team leaders get awarded
Congratulations to team Allianz, in Bristol, who graduated from The Calcom Advanced certificate in Contact Centre Leadership course on 29th April 2008. "It's great that the whole leadership team have now been fully certified and achieved the Calcom qualification in Contact Centre Leadership," says Calcom managing director Natalie Calvert.

Mandy scoops top learning award
Congratulations to Mandy Scott Hopkins, the Learning & Development manager at 02, who beat off the competition to win one of the industry's highest accolades in the UK Call/Contact Centre Awards. Mandy won the award for introducing the new Advisor Development Programme into 02 contact centres. A delighted Mandy said, "Thank you Calcom for all your help."
